While I was getting pierced there were two other people in the room who didn’t work there talking to my piercer so unprofessional. This was my first time getting my belly button pierced and I thought it was rejecting but didn’t know for sure. I feel that maybe she didn’t pierce it right because the two other girls in the room were distracting her. Went back to the piercer there and she said that it was fine and to keep cleaning it. My piercing was in fact rejecting and I had to take it out. The only reason I gave this business two stars because my septum came out fine.

I got my first tattoo here and I was so nervous because my sister and I had just been turned away from Vahalla tattoo. So their 12:00 appointment canceled so we came in ASAP and even though we were just walk ins we super super appreciate you taking us in, the guy their I believe his name was David took awesome care of me and made me laugh and feel comfortable and I didn’t feel nervous anymore. There was a girl their I don’t remember her name (SORRY) took care of my sister, the girl was 21, both gave awesome customer service and were just so great to us. I’d recommend both of them if you are unsure about coming here. Very clean, very friendly and fun people. My tattoo came out beautifully and I’ll be back for my second some day!

Outside of having to get a permission slip to get a tattoo because I am nursing mom. He did an amazing job with my tattoo I'm very happy and definitely will be coming back to get more work done here. Even the annoyance of having to get a permission slip for my doctor just shows me that they care about their customers Even though it's a little unnecessary. I respect it.
